If you have booked online and have your own clubs you can head straight to your bay and enter your pin number (sent with booking confirmation email) on the inrange touchscreen to start your session. If you haven’t pre booked online or don’t have golf clubs then please check in with a member of academy reception staff in the Egolf Megastore.

Sure, If you don’t think you want to use all the Inrange modes, games and features, then just book the standard Inrange experience and up to 2 of you can hit some balls in a bay. If you want to take a sneak-peek at all the awesome Inrange+ multiplayer features then one of our staff can give you a quick demo.

The Inrange app enables you to sign into your in-bay screen under your own user-account. This will then save all of your practice data to your phone and in-turn give you your Inrange Handicap. This gives your practice sessions a whole new dimension, as target sizes will be adjusted to your Inrange handicap.

If you are less than 5 minutes late then this will be no problem.

Any more than than 5 minutes and we can’t guarantee you can use your bay for the full time you have booked. This will be dependant on if your bay is booked by another customer straight after you, or if there is a nearby bay we can move you to.

Inrange uses Radars which track the full flight of the golf ball until it lands, and then simulates a standard amount of roll dependant on the club used.

When practicing, if you have the shot data in standard “Range Ball” mode then this will be the actual distance your range ball travelled out on the driving range. Our range balls are a very good quality 2-piece range ball but will travel slightly less than a good quality proper golf ball (i.e Pro V1) you have the option to switch your ball data to “Premium Ball” mode which has been extensively tested to simulate how far your shot would have travelled had you been hitting that real golf ball.

Please also note our driving range top tier effectively makes your shots play slightly down hill, which means the ball will have flown a slightly longer distance than when you are on the ground floor.

When booking select Inrange Duo rather than Inrange, this will give you access to the virtual golf courses.

Yes! You can now prepay for your booking credit online, the more credit you purchase the more you can save.

No, its a brand new system called your golf booking. This does mean that the first time you use it you will have to register your details.
